It requires a paradigm shift for teachers to consider themselves as life long learners rather then reservoirs of knowledge. For effective transformation of knowledge, values and desired attitudes teachers should work on the philosophy of leaning, unlearning and relearning.

Regular online courses on research methodology and use of research in teaching will be offered to teaching community at their door step through latest Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).
